Sheikh Shabbir Hasan Maisami
Sheikh Maisami brings over three decades of experience in Islamic jurisprudence, education and Shariah advisory. He has served as a member of the Shariah Advisory Committee at the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as well as a member of the Board of Governance at the Pakistan Halal Authority (PHA). He is currently a member of the Shariah Board at Salaam Takaful Limited.
Mufti Ehsan Waquar Ahmad
Mufti Ehsan Waquar is an internationally renowned Shariah scholar, leveraging his rich background in Shariah studies, legal expertise, and financial acumen. He is recognized as one of the leading management educationists. He serves as a member of the Shariah Advisory Committee of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and as Chairman of the Shariah Board of the National Bank of Pakistan, among others.
Dr. Noor Ahmed Shahtaz
Dr. Shahtaz is a renowned Shariah scholar and educationist. He has served as a member of the Shariah Advisory Committee at the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Council of Islamic Ideology, Government of Pakistan and the Board of Governors of the Pakistan Halal Authority. Currently, Dr. Shahtaz is serving as a member of the Shariah Board of several Islamic financial institutions.
Sheikh Mohsin Al Asfoor
Sheikh Mohsin Al Asfoor is a well-known international Shariah scholar from Bahrain. He has served as a judge and Head of the Jafaria Endowment in Bahrain. He is a member of several Shariah Supervisory Boards, including those of Ithmaar Bank, IB Capital, and others. He also serves on the Central Shariah Supervisory Board of the Central Bank of Bahrain and is a former member of the Shariah Board of AAOIFI, Bahrain.
Dr. Muhammad Ali Abuzar
Dr. Muhammad Ali Abuzar is a distinguished Shariah scholar and religious leader based in Thailand. He is a graduate of the Hawza-e-Ilmiya Qum, Iran. He currently serves as the Chairman of Al Huda Islamic Center, Thailand, where he actively contributes to religious education, spiritual leadership and the advancement of Shari’ah-compliant practices. Dr. Abuzar is widely respected for his scholarly insight and strong commitment to serving the Muslim community in thailand.
